About me

My Journey

My path began with mindfulness practice and dance. From an early age, movement became my sanctuary, a way to process emotions and navigate life’s challenges.

Dance was always there for me, offering a space to express what words couldn’t. As I grew older, I found yoga, and it took me on a deeper journey of self-understanding. While dance helped me move through difficult moments, yoga allowed me to connect to my inner self, cultivating both physical strength and emotional clarity.

My studies in Rishikesh, India, deepened this connection, giving me a profound respect for the ancient wisdom and traditions that yoga embodies. Today, I bring together the grace of dance and the depth of yoga to help others on their journey toward self-discovery and healing.

Qualifications

For me, yoga is far more than just the physical postures. In today’s world, yoga is often seen only as a form of exercise, but at its heart, it is a complete philosophy and way of life. Yoga is not about competition or achieving the perfect pose; it’s about a deeper understanding of yourself and cultivating inner peace.

The beauty of yoga lies in its authenticity and the cultural roots it holds. The teachings of the 8 limbs of yoga are at the core of my practice, guiding us to live a balanced and harmonious life, from ethics and discipline to meditation and mindfulness. I believe in honoring the holistic and authentic nature of yoga, connecting students not just to their bodies, but to their spirit and mind as well
